Know what the package can—and cannot—control.
Do you guarantee every directory approves a listing?
No. Purchased outcomes are live or documented accepted citations; rejected or unresolved submissions do not count.
How are duplicates handled?
We flag probable duplicates and document remediation, but directory ownership and merge decisions remain third-party controlled.
Can I use a PO box?
Only where the directory and business type permit it. Unsupported addresses are routed to review.
Can one order cover multiple locations?
No. Self-service packages cover one location; use the multi-location quote for a custom scope.
Is private contact data published?
Only fields explicitly approved for public listing are shared. Private customer contact details remain separate.
What happens if delivery falls short?
We use the remediation window, eligible replacements, or the approved pro-rata refund policy.
