12-month link guarantee

Every placement is guaranteed for 12 months. If a link drops during this period, we replace it free of charge on a comparable site.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are issued when: (a) publisher fails to deliver within the agreed turnaround; (b) content is rejected by publisher without cause; (c) a link cannot be replaced after dropping. Refunds go to your wallet or original payment source.

Non-refundable

Completed and approved placements are non-refundable. Content writing fees are non-refundable once the article is delivered.

Open a dispute from your order page. Our team reviews evidence and resolves within 5 business days.
